We saw a listing of his on line and contacted him cold. He was very knowledgeable and personable on the phone and immediately set us up with listings to view on line that were in our price range. He led us away from some properties knowing that we would not have been happy with them even though he would have benefitted form a higher sale. He is a real people person and spent the time to make sure we ended up with what we wanted. We found the perfect place but it was a competitive market. There were 4 offers. He negotiated very skillfully and even though we were not the highest bidder we got the property. I believe that was because of his interaction with the other agent and the owner. Two months later we closed. All through the move-in process he was there for us. Answering questions about changing over utilities, alarm systems, just about everything (including restaurants!). He never passed us off to an assistant even after the deal was closed. He is smart, personable, competent and patient. We were so lucky to have found him. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
